Tahini Ranch (Vegan + Dairy-Free)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini (well-stirred)

  • ⅓–½ cup water (start small, it thickens then loosens)

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 small fresh clove)

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1–2 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
    (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley or chives (optional but lovely)

  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • Black pepper

How

  1. Whisk tahini + lemon first (it’ll seize—normal).

  2. Slowly whisk in water until creamy and pourable.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, whisk until smooth.

  4. Taste → adjust salt, lemon, or herbs.

Make It Extra Good

  • Buffalo tahini ranch: stir in 1–2 Tbsp buffalo sauce 🔥

  • Garlic-forward: grate in raw garlic instead of powder

  • Lighter: add more water + extra lemon

  • Dip vs drizzle: less water = dip, more = dressing
