Tahini Ranch (Vegan + Dairy-Free)
Ingredients
½ cup tahini (well-stirred)
⅓–½ cup water (start small, it thickens then loosens)
2 Tbsp lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 small fresh clove)
1 tsp onion powder
1–2 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
(or 1 tsp dried)1 Tbsp fresh parsley or chives (optional but lovely)
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

How
Whisk tahini + lemon first (it’ll seize—normal).
Slowly whisk in water until creamy and pourable.
Add remaining ingredients, whisk until smooth.
Taste → adjust salt, lemon, or herbs.
Make It Extra Good
Buffalo tahini ranch: stir in 1–2 Tbsp buffalo sauce 🔥
Garlic-forward: grate in raw garlic instead of powder
Lighter: add more water + extra lemon
Dip vs drizzle: less water = dip, more = dressing
